Defend Democracy —
Stop the Globalist Takeover
By Vee Gandhi, Independent Candidate for Nepean
The time has come for Canadians to rise in defence of democracy. Our sovereignty, rights, and freedoms are under coordinated attack by a globalist agenda, spearheaded by organizations like the World Economic Forum (WEF). This is not a conspiracy theory — it is a coordinated political and economic program to centralize control, undermine national governments, and replace democratic debate with technocratic rule. Canadians deserve to know the truth.
✅ Defend the Rule of Law
Canada was founded on the principle that no one — not even a Prime Minister — is above the law. The rule of law means that laws must be clear, public, and fairly enforced. But today, we see laws increasingly applied unequally, and emergency powers used to suppress dissent. This is a betrayal of our constitutional heritage and our democratic values.
We must return to a government bound by law, not ruling by decree.

Reference: Attorney General of Canada v. Power, 2024 — This case affirmed that government officials may be held personally liable for violating fundamental rights and freedoms, and upheld that Parliament — not the courts — is the ultimate authority in Canada. Since Parliament is composed of elected representatives, this means that the people are the ultimate sovereigns in a free society.
✅ Uphold the Principles of Law
Canada’s legal foundation is not only statutory, but rooted in the principles of justice, fairness, and equality under common law. These include:
The right to a jury trial (a safeguard against political prosecutions)
Equal protection under the law
Freedom of speech, conscience, and belief
Debate is not hate. Dissent is not extremism. It is a cornerstone of democracy. The criminalization of political dissent and scientific debate is incompatible with any free society.

⛔️ KEY ACTIONS to Defend Canada:
1. Stop the Globalist Infiltration of Canadian Governance
The WEF has openly bragged about "penetrating the cabinets" of sovereign governments. Canadians did not vote for Klaus Schwab or any unelected body to dictate our economic, health, or climate policy. Canada must withdraw from entangling globalist agreements that override our Constitution and Parliament.

2. End Foreign Wars and Genocide Support
Canadian foreign policy must reflect our values — not serve global military-industrial interests. We must withdraw support for illegal wars, occupations, and funding of regimes committing genocide. Our tax dollars should not fuel suffering abroad.

3. Stop Censorship of Scientists and Independent Thinkers
Science depends on open inquiry, not government censorship. Yet since 2020, countless scientists have been censored, deplatformed, and defunded for questioning official narratives. This is anti-science and anti-democratic.

4. Defend the Right to Truth and Dissent
Truth matters. Without it, democracy dies. We must end the criminalization of speech and the policing of thought. Whether it’s climate, COVID, or economic policy — citizens must be free to speak, question, and resist. No more weaponizing the justice system against critics.

5. Reject Centralized Tyranny Masquerading as Safety
Digital IDs, smart meters, Central Bank Digital Currencies, and carbon credit systems are not about safety. They are control systems. They reduce citizens to data points and allow governments and corporations to track, restrict, and punish behaviour. Canada must reject the Chinese-style social credit system now being quietly imported.

✅ Truth. Law. Freedom.
We are standing at a crossroads. One road leads to liberty, accountability, and national sovereignty. The other leads to surveillance, censorship, and authoritarian control. I choose freedom. I choose Canada. And I invite you to stand with me.
